I began doing these meditation paintings after my daily meditation as a creative exercise to access my authentic self and artistic voice. Instead of doing morning pages, I wanted to do something which spoke more directly to me as a visual person. And so, I began making these 9 x 9 inches gouache, graphite, colored pencil, and sometimes mixed media paintings. I cherish these pieces. And, I hope they bring you joy!
